Refund and Cancellation Policy for Quarterback IA


Effective Date: January 1, 2025


At Quarterback IA LLC ("the Company"), we are dedicated to providing high-quality, real-time lead generation services that align with our clients' expectations. This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds and is designed to ensure transparency and fairness in all transactions.



Eligibility for Refunds


Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Lead Quality Issues: If the leads provided are demonstrably invalid, inaccurate, or do not conform to the agreed-upon specifications as per the service agreement.
  2. Service Delivery Errors: In the event of a clear failure by the Company to deliver leads in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement.


Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) business days of receipt of the leads. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be considered.



Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  1. Delivered Leads: Leads successfully delivered and meeting the agreed-upon criteria are considered final and non-refundable.
  2. Customized Campaigns: Services specifically tailored to a client’s unique requirements are non-refundable once initiated.
  3. Third-Party Costs: Any fees or costs associated with third-party services (e.g., integrations, advertising) are non-refundable under any circumstances.



Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, clients must submit a formal request to support@quarterbackia.com including the following details:

  • Full name and contact information of the client.
  • Invoice or order reference number.
  • A detailed description of the issue, including supporting evidence such as screenshots or examples of invalid leads.


The Company will acknowledge receipt of the refund request within three (3) business days and will complete a review and issue a resolution or decision within seven (7) business days of acknowledgment.



Approval and Processing of Refunds

Refunds, if approved, are issued solely at the discretion of the Company following a comprehensive review. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days of approval.


The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests if:

  1. The request does not meet the criteria outlined in this Policy.
  2. There is insufficient evidence to support the claim of lead quality issues or delivery errors.



Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact the Company directly to resolve any disputes prior to initiating a chargeback with their financial institution. The Company is committed to working with clients to address concerns amicably and in good faith.

Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in the suspension or termination of services until the matter is resolved. The Company reserves the right to contest any chargebacks it deems unfounded or unjustified.



Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
